Our Services for European Property Buyers
What we do
Useful before the enquiry
Buying abroad is exciting and complicated in equal measure. Our job is to make the search clearer and better informed, so that when you do commit, it is to the right home for the right reasons.
Lifestyle-first search
We begin with how you want to live: climate, golf, beaches, schools, flight times and budget. Then we look for homes that fit, rather than pushing whatever is on the books.
Carefully presented listings
Every opportunity we show is presented in full, with all available photographs, facts and the source price and date. Where a figure comes from a developer, we say so.
Introductions and viewings
We introduce you to the selling agent or developer and help arrange viewings in person or by video, with questions prepared in advance.
Due diligence checklist
We do not act as your lawyer. We do give you a clear checklist of what your own independent lawyer and surveyor should confirm: title, licences, debts, community rules and rental permissions.
Cost and currency clarity
We help you build a realistic total budget, including taxes, fees and indicative currency conversion, and point you to official sources so you can verify every assumption.

What we will not do
Clear boundaries
- We do not sell co-ownership, fractional or timeshare products.
- We do not guarantee rental income or capital growth.
- We do not replace your independent lawyer, surveyor or tax adviser.
- We do not promote markets where official travel advice warns against travel.
The UK government recommends using an independent lawyer when buying abroad; read its guidance for buying property abroad.
